How to deal with the problem of inaccessible areas and objects for selected teammates? There are two main methods:

  1. Look for another passage. Most stages have at least two different paths leading to each mission objective.
  2. Order another teammate to help. That hero can complete a mission goal in an "inaccessible" location alone or help unlock a passage. You can learn about this mechanic during the second mission where Cooper must lower the rope ladder for McCoy so that they can proceed forward together.
