The Untamed Downs is a large area on the planet Koboh. You will get there by passing through the Rambler's Reach Outpost or Bygone Settlement. On subsequent visits, you can use fast travel to get there. On this page of the guide to Star Wars Jedi Survivor, you will find a description of the 38 secrets that are in this location - including chests, databanks, treasures or seed pods.
Some of the secrets can only be accessed after completing the final chapters of the game - the final skill needed for them is unlocked during the fifth chapter of the game.

Databank #9 - Technological Betrayal
Head toward the large gate. Behind it you will find an echo with a databank entry. As well as a few mines.
Databank #10 - The Deep Caverns
Get through the green barrier nearby and then head left. Go straight all the way until a door appears on your right. A databank entry is near them. Watch out for opponents nearby.
Databank #11 - Gift of Fire
Go through the aforementioned door - a legendary enemy awaits behind it. After defeating him, you will be able to enter the room where he was standing. The databank entry is there.
Essence #2
That room also has a valuable essence.
Databank #12 - The Truth
Head to the wall opposite the room you were just in. You should come across the databank.
Databank #13 - Shelter of Last Resort
Return to the green barrier and go outside. There is a device with mines in the area. Take one with you and lure it by heading to the right until you reach the cave. It is worth going to it first and defeat the enemies. After that, you will be able to use it to destroy the door there.
Behind the door is an echo with a databank entry.
Chest #5 - Santari Khri
Near the echo is also a chest with a new lightsaber.
Databank #15 - Mogu Den
Go back outside and locate Nekko as soon as possible. Not that far from the previous cave is another one - but this one is quite high up, so you have to use your mount.
Jump down while sticking to the right and walk ahead. You will get to the databank entry soon.
Treasure #6 - Priorite Shard
Use the vines above you to get a level higher. When you are higher up, jump to the shelf behind you. There you will find a Priorite Shard.
Chest #6 - Audio Sensors: Geonosian
Staying on the same level, head straight and go outside. Go right and do a wall run. You will find the last chest in the area and a collectible.
