Mountain Ascent belongs to a larger region, Prospector's Folly, on the planet Koboh. On this page of the guide to Star Wars: Jedi Survivor you will find descriptions of all 18 secrets that can be collected in that region, including seed pods, treasures or databanks. You can get to Mountain Ascent via the Foothill Falls. When visiting for the second time, you can simply use fast travel.
Some of the secrets can only be accessed after completing the final chapters of the game - the final skill needed for them is unlocked in the course of the fifth chapter of the game.

Databank #1 - Braving the Heights
Opposite the meditation point, you will find the first echo to listen to. This will, you will find a databank entry.
Treasure #1 - Priorite Shard
Go forward by jumping over the ledges under the waterfall, and you will reach the first treasure.
Seed Pod #1 - Koboh Spiker: Felucian Yellow
Nearby there's a small bush where you will get a seed pod.
Chest #1 - Bottoms: Bomber
Return to the meditation point and then head to the green barrier. Behind it, you will have the opportunity to teach BD-1 a new skill. Head further, jump down behind the second barrier and eventually you will reach a chest with a cosmetic item for Cal.
Seed Pod #2 - Koboh Spiker
To the right of the chest you will find a bush with another seed pod.
Chest #2 - Light Mustache and Patch
Go back to the place with the green barriers and then head to the right towards the group of enemies. You will find yourself by a small water reservoir (and a device to unlock a shortcut). At the bottom of the reservoir there's a chest with a new kind of beard.
Databank #2 - Crashed Tie Fighter
Run up a nearby wall (which you can get to using a rope) and then walk ahead. You will reach a fighter wreck (down, next to the path), by which you'll get a databank entry.
Chest #3 - Jacket: Drifter
Near the wreckage there is a chest, which you have to lift and slam.
Databank #3 - Shiverpede Nest
Go back up the hill to the path you took previously to get here and watch out for a group of enemies. Before going higher, look around for the entrance to a small cave. Inside it, there is a door which you must lift using your skill. You will get to a dark cave with several enemies inside. After fighting them, you will find a nest to scan.
Chest #4 - Mustache and Patch
Near the nest described above there is a chest containing a new beard for Cal.
Treasure #2 - Priorite Shard
Get back to the wall and run along it to jump onto the nearby ledge. You will make it easier for yourself by jumping off as late as possible, using double jump and the dash skill.
After that, you will get to a cave where you will find another Priorite Shard.
Databank #4 - Mountainside Hut
Return to the ledge from which you jumped into the aforementioned cave and head right to a small building. Nearby there is a device which you can use to activate a shortcut.
Seed Pod #3 - Koboh Spiker
To the left of the above-described hut, you can jump to another ledge. Up on the rock wall you will find another plant with seeds - you will get to it by walking along the green barrier located behind a large withered tree.
Chest #5 - Audio Sensors: Scrapyard
Keep walking towards the group of enemies on the other side. When you deal with them, turn in the direction from which you came. You will find walls that you can run along to get to the top.
At the top you will find a chest, the contents of which can be obtained by using the Lift and Slam skills.
Treasure #3 - Priorite Shard
Jump down in front of the chest and walk ahead. You will come across a gate that you need to open with a crank. Behind it, jump down to a fairly sizable square, where there is a big group of enemies (including two larger ones). After the fight, head to the wall, where you will have to pick up a cluster of stones to get the Priorite Shard out.
Seed Pod #4 - Koboh Spiker
The last portion of seeds in the area is relatively close, to the left side of the last collectible.

Going forward, you will see that you can get to a high ledge using a hook. There you will find another Priorite Shard.
