The chest is in a side locked room. BD-1 can open the door for you on your first visit to this location.

The secret can be found after passing the tutorial on giving commands to a companion in battle. After rotating the big billboard and doing a wall run, you will reach a location with a meditation point and a terminal to scan.

The collectible is in the location where you encounter the first flying probes. Scan the closed bar.
Treasure #2
The secret is adjacent to the location where you pass the tutorial on using Slow Mode. You have to jump to the bar and then to the small shelf. You'll find a Priorite Shard.

The secret is located in the lower optional area passed on the way to the senator's yacht. You get there shortly after unlocking the shortcut.

The treasure is located in a dark area under the stairs. You can find it on the way to the senator's yacht - just before the boss fight with K-405. You'll find a Priorite Shard.

This secret is automatically acquired after defeating the K-405 boss. Explore the arena and you will come across the materials to create a climbing rope.

Reaching the chest can be problematic. You have to visit the area where you can run on billboards. Use them to reach higher ledges and explore the side area where the chest is.
