The possibility of playing as an evil character is definitely an incentive when deciding on a game. From this page of the guide, you'll learn whether Jedi Survivor allows playing as a bad character i.e. Cal can choose the Dark Side of the Force.
Watch out for minor spoilers regarding one of special attacks. However, there are no major spoilers here - we made sure of that.
Cal, the main character of Jedi Survivor, is a Jedi fighting for the Light Side of the Force. The main hero actively helps in the fight against the Empire and meets a number of friendly characters with whom he cooperates or whom he helps solve smaller problems.
There are choices in the game, but they don't have any real consequences and don't affect the main character.
Further into the story, the temptation of the Dark Side becomes an important part of the plot. This is linked, among others, to numerous traumatic events that Cal experiences - the main hero loses friends and experiences betrayal by a person close to him.
In the later phase of the game, you unlock a special attack linked to the Dark Side in Cal, which places a red filter and allows you to spectacularly eliminate numerous enemies.
Cal ultimately resists the temptation and continues to be the warrior of the Light Side, but for now, we don't know if in the next installments of Star Wars Jedi, this might change or if there will be a choice between the Light and Dark Side of the Force.
