This echo is found on the top level of the ruins, next to a ball track used in the puzzle.
Essence #1
You have to solve the riddle of the Path of Conviction - we described it in the chapter Riddles. After delivering the orb to the top and pushing it with Force, a side cache containing the Essence will unlock. Take it to unlock a new Perk slot.
Chest #1
The chest is on the lower level of the ruins and is guarded by a droid. In the container you will find BD-1 materials.
Treasure #1
The Jedha Scroll is hidden in the vase in screenshot 1 - you must break it. This is an area of ruins immediately adjacent to the precipice.
