There are 10 collectibles:

Databank #1 - Pilgrims, Attacked
This echo is found right after a scene where Cal and Merrin spot a Spamel in a distance. This is near a meditation point.
Treasure #1
Treasure #1 is found not far from the previous (Databank #1) collectible. You can find it next to a door that is initially locked (it is opened later on from the other side).
Essence #1
Near the meditation point, you can jump up to a rocky shelf, and from there you can go up climbable walls (screenshot 1). Essence #1 is at the very top and when obtained gives a XP boost.
Chest #1
Soon after defeating a larger group of stormtroopers you will find yourself next to several levels of ruins. You must reach the floor with the chest. It contains an appearance item for Cal.
Databank #2 - Ancient Ruins
You will find this collectible during your path through the ruins, soon after the section where you grab the ceiling.
Treasure #2
This Jedha Scroll is above 2 walls that you can bounce off back and forth. Reach the upper area with this method.
Databank #3 - Scorch Marks
Before entering the area with the workbench, check out the metal path leading down. There will be some small monsters to defeat along the way. Reach the other end of the path and let BD-1 scan the area.
Essence #2
In the exact location where the previous collectible (Databank #3) was, look for a place that you can jump to - the screenshot shows it. You'll find an Essence there which guarantees an XP boost when obtained.
Chest #2
Reach the area in ruins with a workbench and a group of stormtroopers (at least one of them will have a shield). Once the enemy is disposed off, look for a chest that contains an appearance item for BD-1.
Databank #4 - Ancient Wars
Simply scan the mural (in the same room as the previous find).
