The yellow chest with the Stim Canister is not far from the encampment where Cal and Merrin take shelter from the sandstorm.

On further visits to Sheltered Hollow you can encounter a scavenger droid there. Catch up to it and eliminate it e.g. with a lightsaber throw. The droid will leave a treasure - a Jedha Scroll.
