On the planet Koboh in Star Wars Jedi Survivor you will find the Fogged Expanse. This page of the guide contains a list of all 24 secrets, You can reach the through the Mountain Ascent. When visiting for the second time, you can simply use fast travel.
Some of the secrets can only be accessed after completing the final chapters of the game - the final skill needed for them is unlocked in the course of the fifth chapter of the game.

Treasure #1 - Priorite Shard
Starting from the meditation point, head up the path toward the vines near the ledge. There, turn right and use the BD-1 skill on the fuse - this will bring the wall closer, and now you can run across it.
Walk ahead (meanwhile defeating a few enemies along the way) until you reach a rock shelf, which you can reach with a rope with a hook. On it you will meet a small Droid snooping in the ground - beware of a strong enemy nearby.
Databank #1 - Forging Forward Alone
Turn back and cross the metal bridge. You will find a wall to run through. After doing it, go straight and you will find the echo as well as the first entry in the database.
Essence #1
Return to the metal structure and stand on a piece of the bridge raised upwards - from there you will be able to see the essence on a slightly distant platform.
In front of the door there is an essence that will give you a large amount of experience points.
Treasure #2 - Priorite Shard
Nearby, under a pile of stones, is another Priorite Shard. You have to use your lifting force to get him out.
Chest #1 - Material: Exile
To open the nearby door and get to the chest, you'll need to use BD-1 on the fuse by the large fan next to the last secret you found.
Then head toward the meditation point by jumping down to the ledge below, but instead of going to it, go to the back.
You will end up in a small cave, where's a chest in a lighted area. On the way you will meet a prospector.
Treasure #3 - Priorite Shard
Keep close to the edge go in the opposite direction from the chest described above. Then jump to a small shelf. Next to the skeleton is a Priorite Shard.
Treasure #4 - Priorite Shard
Go outside and head a little to the left and then walk ahead into a more foggy area. Before you reach the destination indicated on the map above, you may encounter a boss accompanied by Haxion's Brood Commando. You will find a Priorite Shard under the stones.
Databank #2 - Monitoring Equipment
Head in the opposite direction to the last secret, and you will eventually reach a destroyed device that you can scan.
Chest #2 - Soul Patch
From the last entry in the database go down the front. You will find the walls, on which you can run further to the shelf with vines - you will get to the walls using a rope with a hook. After climbing up, head right down the path - at the end of the path you will find a chest. Watch out for the lot of mines that will appear.
Essence #2
From the one described above, jump down to the shelf below on the right. There, skip ahead, and you'll slide down a slippery road to a legendary opponent, the Vile Bilemaw. After fighting it, you will be able to use the essence, which will give you a new Perk.
Treasure #5 - Priorite Shard
There is an elevator nearby, which will allow you to get to the next secret and - open a shortcut. After getting to the top, look towards the edge behind you - there is a small boulder, next to which a Priorite Shard lies by the skeleton. There is an opponent nearby.
Seed Pod #1 and #2 - Koboh Spiker: Alderaan Blue
Near the fragment described above are two bushes with seeds.
Seed Pod #3, #4 and #5 - Koboh Spiker
To the right of the previous bushes are three more.
Seed Pod #6 - Koboh Spiker
The seeds can be found on the path up in front of the elevator.
Databank #3 - A Deadly Encounter
Not far from the bush described above is a door, on which you must use the pull force. You will open the entrance to the cave, where you'll find the last database entry in the area. Watch out for the enemy lurking inside.
Chest #3 - Pommel: Detachment
Go outside and use the vines at the top. After jumping off them, turn back. You'll see a chest which you must lift and smash.
Treasure #5 - Priorite Shard
Nearby you will find a wall that you can run on if you use the push power on it first. When jumping off it, be prepared to use a grappling hook. You will get to the platform where the balloon is located.
Use it to get to the top of the platform you were on a moment ago.
You will find a Priorite Shard on a boulder located in the bushes.
Treasure #7 - Priorite Shard
Use the balloon again and jump down to the platform on the left.
In the nest you will find Priorite Shard.
Seedbags #7, #8 and #9 - Koboh Spiker
Next to the previous secret are three bushes, from which you will get seeds.
