Essence #1
The essence is next to the lair of the golden Skriton - an optional boss from Jedha. You will gain a perk that allows you to ignore 1 enemy attack while charging a blaster shot.
Force Tear #1 - Fractured Resolve #2
You can reach the rift by penetrating the green gate hidden in the rocks (screenshot 1) and this is possible after unlocking Merrin's Charm in the main storyline. There will be a challenge to pass - completing an obstacle course.
Chest #1
The chest is right next to the meditation point. Loot it to receive an appearance item for BD-1.
Databank #1 - Jedha Politics
You will also find the echo in the small ruins next to the meditation point.
Chest #2
The chest is at the end of the path leading to the precipice, next to where the rope is hung up, and a shortcut is created. The container contains an appearance item.
Databank #2 - Pilgrimage
Echo is in the cave. The entrance to it is shown in the screenshot 1. You have to tear it down using the Force. There are also several small monsters to eliminate.
Chest #3
The chest is on the ledge next to the place where you can create a shortcut by cutting the rope. The chest contains a piece of music for Pyloon's Saloon.
Treasure #1
Start where you found the chest - the previous secret. You have to run along the wall and jump to the climbing wall. The secret has to be caught while slowly sliding down a vertical wall.
Chest #4
Reaching the last crate is problematic, as it is on a seemingly inaccessible high ledge - as shown in the screenshot. It is near the meditation point and the area is patrolled by AT-STs, among others. You can't do traditional climbing because there are no hooks and the ledges are too high.
You have to climb to the top of the surrounding ruins - this is a region called the Path of Conviction.
Find the yellow relter in the screenshot 1. You have to grab the bird and soar towards the ledge from the neighboring region.
After landing on a high rock shelf, reach the chest you are looking for. Inside, you'll find a lightsaber apperance item.
