How to get to Phon'Qi Caverns?
You will get to the Phon'Qi Caverns from the place indicated in the screenshots above: the basement in the building located in Foothills Falls. To open the hatch, you will need the Lift skill. More information on this can be found in the Puzzles and Reaching Phon'Qi Caverns chapters.
Some of the secrets can only be accessed after completing the final chapters of the game - the final skill needed for them is unlocked in the course of the fifth chapter of the game.

Databank #1 - Makeshift Grave
As soon as you get into the basement of the aforementioned building, you will find a corpse from which you can sense an echo.
Databank #2 - Abandoned Corpse
Going forward, you will come across a gap blocked with metal sheets - remove it with the Lift skill. After passing through it, head straight ahead (to the right you'll have a meditation point). You'll find another echo.
Databank #3 - Cavern Fungus
Then head straight ahead and lift the structure covering the opening. Jump down to it and immediately run and jump forward - several bridges will collapse. After that, you will have the opportunity to scan the place and gain a new entry.
Essence #1
Use a hook to get to the wall above you, then jump to the one on the left - you will get to a high ledge. From there, run along the wall to the next ledge and you will see the essence in front of you. You will get a lot of experience from this.
Databank #4 - Cave Turbolift Caverns
Turn towards the walls you just used and grab one of the bombs growing on it. Throw it at the barrier on the passage a bit further away.
Use the new passage. You will be attacked by a boss named Sebb Eshan.
After defeating him, you will receive a lot of XP. You will also be able to scan nearby doors.
Chest #1 - Emitter: Duelist
After picking up the previous collectible, look up and you'll see a rock block that you can drop using the Slam skill.
You will open a passage to the bottom - there is a chest with a cosmetic element.
Databank #5 - A Gen'Dai Plots
Return to the top and take a new shortcut back to where you scanned the Cavern Fungus. From there, follow the path, which you have not yet visited, deeper into the cave. You will be attacked by a group of enemies. You will find another databank entry by one of the walls.
Databank #6 - Raider Depot
Jump down through the nearby hole and scan the computer. You will receive another databank entry. Watch out for the cannon near the ceiling.
Chest #2 - Material: Bomber
Stay at the bottom and go forward. Along the way, you will encounter two more cannons. At the end of the path, you will find a chest with a cosmetic element.
Databank #7 - Rancor Prey
Go back upstairs and locate the boulder under the ceiling (across from the pit that you've just got out of) - drop it with a Slam and it will open a passage to the bottom. Then jump to the very bottom, where you will face a legendary enemy. After defeating him, you will be able to scan the skeletons in his lair.
Treasure #2 - Datadisc
Near the previous collectible, there is a datadisc.
Databank #8 - A Cave Too Far
While still at the bottom, head deeper into the cave. You'll come across the next databank entry.
Databank #9 - As Above, As Below
Nearby you will find a bomb, which you can use to destroy the barrier nearby.
Another boss will emerge from the new passage. There is another databank entry in the room where the boss was.
Chest #3 - Activator: Duelist
In the location where you picked up the previous collectible, use the hookto get to the top. You will find a chest with a cosmetic element.
Chest #4 - Pommel: Duelist
Go back downstairs and to the place where you took the bomb (to the right of the room exit). There, jump lower and lower. Going forward, watch out for many exploding enemies that will come your way. You will reach water. There will be a chest at the bottom.
Treasure #3 - Datadisc
Get back to the surface and use the nearby wall to return to the top - once you climb higher, there will be another wall in front of you. You will get to a tunnel with many jugs. Head to the small cave on the left - there is a datadisc in one of the jugs. Watch out for the enemy located there.
Treasure #4 - Datadisc
Go to the right of the spot where you found the previous collectible; you will return to the main hall. There are two enemies there (although one of them further away and might not attack you). There is also another treasure in one of the jugs.
Treasure #5 - Datadisc
In one of the jugs next to the blocked passage, you will find another datadisc.
Treasure #6 - Datadisc
Starting at the location of the previous collectible, go to a small cave near the gate - there is an elevator. You will find another datadisc in one of the jugs at the edge over the precipice.
