In Rage 2, you can acquire a variety of weapons and abilities. With their help, you can participate in spectacular battles with a huge number of opponents. On this page of our guide to Rage 2, you will find important information that will help you with the starting fights.

What weapons can I get?
In Rage 2, you can get a Wingstick, a Combat Shotgun, Sidewinder Pistol, Firestorm Revolver, Smart Rocket Launcher, Pulse Cannon, Hyper-Cannon, and Grav-Dart Launcher.
Each weapon works differently; the Rocket Launcher will handle hordes of enemies perfectly, and the Wingstick will work well if you want to quietly eliminate one of the enemies. Test out each weapon to choose those that will fit your playstyle.
Can weapons get destroyed?
No, weapons don't degrade in Rage 2. Only the Wingstick and grenades have a limited capacity in your inventory. However, you can craft some of them at any time - you won't run out of them during combat.
Can I get melee weapons?
There are no melee weapons in the game, the only thing you can do is to attack with a melee attack. Your character will use the stock of their weapon to hit the enemy.
How to get a new weapon?

What skills can I get?
There are 11 skills in the game: Shatter, Grav-Jump, Defibrillation, Barrier, Rush, Vortex, Constitution, Focus, Overdrive, Dash, and Slam. Nanotriote skills are very useful during fights.
Test all skills to learn how to use them at the right time.
How to get skills?
Skills, like weapons, are found in the Arks. Once you get this location, the game will show you a tutorial where you can try out all the available skills.
Can I sneak?
Rage 2 has no options for performing stealth kills. The only thing you can do is eliminate enemies with the Wingstick. However, it is hardly profitable, because the opponents are standing in groups. They will quickly notice the absence of their friend and attack you immediately.
How to upgrade weapons?
Weapons can be upgraded with weapon core mods. These special resources can be found during the exploration of the world. The cost of an upgrade depends on the level.

How to develop skills?
Nanotrites can be improved with nanotrite boosters. These special resources can be found during the exploration of the world. Each perk costs 1 nanotrite booster.

How to use Overdrive?
This skill is obtained upon beginning the game. You can constantly improve it at later stages.
This ability gives you a powerful enhancement, which allows you to kill enemies and regenerate health much faster.
Use it whenever you come across a large group of enemies or opponents with shields.
How to heal yourself?
In Rage 2, your character can be healed in three ways: with Overdrive, health infusions or by collecting Feltrite.

Can I blow something up?
Sure you can! What would an action game be the without explosions and car chases? In Rage 2, you can throw grenades and blow up red barrels. All you need to do is to shoot such a barrel when there are enemies around it to eliminate them quickly and easily.
