In Rage 2, you have four allies who will support you from the beginning of the game. They have special sets of projects. These are skill trees that will allow you to develop your character. Projects can be purchased for project points you earn by completing missions or activities across the wastelands.

How to unlock projects?

To unlock access to projects from the Search & Recover category, you need to perform the first task of the mission called Ground Control. It requires you to locate Dr. Kvasir at Sekreto Wetlands.

Upgrades

Dr. Kvasir has as many as 18 upgrades:

1. Infusion Belt - allows you to possess 6 infusions.
2. The Infusion of Large Belt - allows you to possess 8 infusions.
3. Granade disruptor - enemy grenades are detonated one second later.
4. Rocket Distuptor - enemy rockets are slower by 20 percent.
5. Datapad Tracking - allows you to track data pads.
6. Embedded Feltrite Tracking - allows you to locate feltrite.
7. Drone Disruptor - weakens enemy drones.
8. Spy Drone Tracking - detects the position of enemy drones.
9. Storage Container Tracking - detects surrounding containers.
10. Ark Chest Tracking - detects chests available within an Ark.
11. Feltrite Drill - increases the amount of raw materials that you get from a rock.
12. Deep Feltrite Drill - further increases the amount of raw materials that you get from a rock.
13. Feltrite Magnet - attracts the surrounding pieces.
14. Strong Feltrite Magnet - greater radius of raw materials attracting.
15. Vampiric Overdrive - restores health upon activating.
16. Overdrive Preservation - this skill is expanded as you collect feltrite.
17. Impact Absorption - reduced damage from falling.
18. Multiplier Preservation - collecting feltrite prevents the multiplier from decreasing.
