General information
Rosaria is a 4-star hero of Cryo element fighting with a spear. This is a character best suited to the Sub DPS role, as she deals a lot of damage to enemies and helps allies by applying Cryo status to their attacks and improving their CRIT Rate by 15%.
When it comes to building Rosaria, you should focus on improving stats such as ATK%, Cryo DMG, CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG.

Cryo Support Build
Playing Rosaria correctly will involve freezing or applying Cryo on enemies and dealing damage to them with Elemental Burst.

The first recommended artifact setup for Rosaria is 4x Blizzard Strayer. With 2x Blizzard Strayers equipped, your Cryo DMG is increased by 15%. Moreover, with x4, when you strike an enemy who is affected by Cryo in any way, your critical chance increases by 20%. Finally, if the enemy is frozen, you receive additional 20% to Crit Rate.
Another viable choice for artifacts is 4x Emblem of Severed Fate. For maximum benefits, it is important to improve Energy Recharge as much as possible. 2x will give you 20% to Energy Recharge, and 4x will increase Elemental Burst DMG by 25%, which can stack up to 75% depending on how much Energy Recharge you have.
When it comes to weapons, the best choice will be Staff of Homa. Due to its rarity (5 stars), not many players manage to obtain and equip it on their Rosaria. Staff of Homa improves base ATK and CRIT DMG. Moreover, it increases HP by 20%, and additionally gives an ATK Bonus which is 0.8% of the wielder MAX HP. If the hero's health gets lowered below 50%, this ATK bonus is increased to 1% of Max HP.
The second weapon is Deathmatch. This is a four-star spear, which is easier to hit from banners. It also offers a bonus chance for critical hit. Additionally, it has an skill that gives you a bonus ATK. When there are 2 enemies close to you, your ATK will increase by 16%. If there are less than two enemies close to you, the ATK will increase by 24%.
