General information
Eula is a 5-star character representing the Cryo element and fighting with a Claymore. This hero is perfect as a Physical DPS, as not only she has high CRIT DMG, she can also lower enemies' resistance to Physical DMG with her skills.
When developing Eula, you should focus on improving ATK, Physical DMG, and Crit Rate and Crit DMG.

Physical Main DPS Build
Compared to other heroes who wield Claymores, Eula's basic attacks are much faster. Her Elemental Burst improves Physical DMG dealt by her. Therefore, it is worth checking out artifacts and weapons that improve this stat further.
- Artifacts - 4x Pale Flame/2x Pale Flame 2x Bloodstained Chivalry
- Weapons - Song of Broken Pines/Serpent Spine
The best possible artifact set you can get is 4x Pale Flame. With it equipped, you'll receive a 25% bonus to Physical DMG. Moreover, after using Elemental Skill, your ATK will increase by 9% for 7 seconds with one stack. The second stack (up to 2 stacks are possible) is received after 0.3 seconds of dealing damage with Elemental Skill. Keeping the Elemental Skill active will result in 2 stacks, and when that happens, your Physical damage will be increased by 100% of the first value - adding everything up, you'll increase your Physical damage by 50%.
Another possible artifact set is 2x Bloodstained Chivalry oraz 2x Pale Flame. This set also gives 25% more Physical DMG. You receive a similar effect as x4 Pale Flame, but without additional ATK as it was the case with the former.
When it comes to weapons, first recommended pick is Song of Broken Pines. This is a 5-star weapon. This Claymore gives a bonus to Physical DMG. The weapon skill, on the other hand, increases ATK by 16%. This is a stacking effect (up to 4 stacks) received after striking an enemy with a normal or charged attack. Once a full stack is gained, the stack disappears, and all allies near Eula have their attack speed increased by 12% and ATK by 20% for 12 seconds. This weapon is already a perfect choice for Eula herself, and this additional effect helps nearby characters from the team, which makes it even better.
Second recommended weapon pick is Serpent Spine, a Claymore that is received as a reward for reaching Battle Pass level 30 - you need to buy BP and reach this level. The weapon bonus improves CRIT Rate. Moreover, for every 4 seconds Eula is on the battlefield, she receives one stack of an effect that creates a sword that orbits around her (up to 5 swords). Each created sword will make Eula more susceptible to enemy damage (3%), but her damage dealt will be increased by 6%. When Eula takes damage, one stack disappears, but they are maintained even when the heroine is away from the battlefield.
