General information
Collei is a 4-star hero of Dendro element fighting with a bow. She is suitable for the Sub DPS role, whose task will be to deal damage with Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst. Her normal attack isn't that powerful, which makes her not satisfactory as Main DPS.
The most important statistics for Collei are Energy Recharge, ATK%, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, and Elemental Mastery.

Dendro Sub DPS
Under the assumptions of this build, Collei will focus on dealing damage with Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst.
- Artifacts - 4x Deepwood Memories/4x Emblem of Severed Fate
- Weapons - Elegy of the End/Favonius Warbow
One of the best artifact setups for this build will be 4x Deepwood Memories. With these equipped, Collei will deal 15% more Dendro damage. Moreover, as a 4-piece bonus, after dealing damage to enemies with Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, their Dendro resistance will be lowered by 30% for 8 seconds. What is interesting, the bonus will appear even if the hero is off-field.
Alternative variant for artifacts are 4x Emblem of Severed Fate. It is important for Collei to reach at least 180% Energy Recharge, and with this artifact set, that is achievable easily. Additionally, 2-piece bonus gives 20% to Energy Recharge, and 4x increases Elemental Burst DMG by 25%, up to 75% depending on how much ER the hero has.
When it comes to weapons, the best possible option is 5-star Elegy of the End. The weapon bonus increases Energy Recharge that is further scaled with weapon level. Another bonus is 60 Elemental Mastery points. Finally, when Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits an enemy, you receive SIgil of Remembrance effect. This effect can be activated even if the owner of the bow isn't on the battlefield, which fits well with 4x Deepwood Memories. After gaining 4 Sigils, for 12 seconds, Elemental Mastery of all team members will be increased by 100, and ATK by 20%.
Alternative option for weapon can be Favonius Warbow. This weapon bonus effect gives Energy Recharge. Moreover, critical hits with this weapon have a 60% chance of spawning an Elemental Orb. If someone picks it up, they will get 6 Energy points. This effect may occur once every 12 seconds.
Talents
Talents are special abilities divided into Combat and Passive categories. In the case of Collei, you should focus on developing these talents in this order:

Constellations
If you want to further strengthen Collei through constellations, focus on rolling her 3 times, to reach C2. C2 increases passive damage from Dendro and extends the duration of Elemental Skill if any reaction with Dendro has been achieved.
