General information
Diona is a four-star Cryo character who fights with a bow. This character focuses on supporting others, mainly imposing Cryo status on opponents while healing allies and giving them a shield. It protects against damage, and the characters with it move faster and lose their stamina slower.
If it comes to Diona's build, you should focus mainly on Energy Recharge, additional HP ( because the shield endurance increases with maximum HP), and Healing Bonus.

Cryo Support Build
Diona's main task will be to support allies with shields and rapidly regenerate energy to use Elemental Burst more often. This skill creates an ice field where it is easy to impose Cryo on opponents and restore health.

- Weapons - Sacrificial Bow/Favonius Warbow
The first set worth picking out for Dione will be 4x Maiden Beloved. It boosts healing efficiency by 15%, and using Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst will do 20% more healing for 10 seconds for your party members. Since the healing field lasts long enough, everyone will be able to use the additional healing from Dione.
You can also focus on 4x Noblesse Oblige to increase Elemental Burst DMG by 20%. But most importantly, if you have four parts of this artifact, other party members will receive a boost after using the Elemental Burst, which increases ATK DMG by 20% for 12 seconds.
One of the most recommended weapons for Diona, will be a Sarcificial Bow.
