Jadeplume Terrorshroom is found in western Vanarana, in Sumeru region. The easiest way to enter the location with him is using a portal that is marked on the world map (purple marker). To reach the portal, you need to attract to it by pressing the correct combination of buttons (L1 square).

When entering the arena through the portal, remember to turn around and activate Teleport Waypoint before starting the battle. This will allow you to shorten the time needed to reach the boss on later runs.
