General information
Yelan is a five-star character with a Hydro element, fighting with a bow. Yelan is a flexible off-field DPS who strengthens their team and deals high damage. They often impose the Hydro status too.

Hydro Sub DPS Build
Yelan is well suited for the role of the second DPS in the team, mainly due to the explosive damage they can deal and supporting other characters. Yelan can change the situation significantly within just seconds.
- Artifacts - 4x Emblem of Severed Fate/4x Noblesse Oblige
- Weapons - Elegy of the End/Favonius Warbow
When it comes to artifacts, the best choice for this build would be 4x Emblem of Severed Fate. This set is more focused on Elemental Burst damage and reusing it as soon as possible. It is important to achieve 200% ER. Thanks to this set of artifacts, it is possible. 2x will give you 20% ER, and 4x will increase Elemental Burst DMG by 25%, up to a maximum of 75%, depending on the maximum ER you have.
You can also focus on 4x Noblesse Oblige to increase Elemental Burst DMG by 20%. But most importantly, having 4 these artifacts, after using Elemental Burst, other team members will receive a buff in the form of increased ATK DMG by 20% for 12 seconds. This artifact set focuses more on supporting others in combat, additionally increasing Elemental Burst damage.
Elegy of the End is a perfect weapon choice for Yelan. It is a five-star bow. In addition to the additional Energy Recharge, it will strengthen Elemental Mastery by 60 points. Moreover, when Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst strikes an enemy, you will receive a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be applied even when the owner of the bow is not on the battlefield. After stacking the effect 4 times, for 12 seconds, Elemental Mastery of all team members is increased by 100 and ATK is increased by 20%.
The second one, on the other hand, is a four-star weapon. The weapon in question is Favonius Warbow and it will give you an extra Energy Recharge. Critical hits, on the other hand, have a 60% chance of creating an Elemental Orb, which, when raised, will give you 6x Energy. This effect may occur once every 12 seconds.
Talents
Talents are special abilities divided into Combat and Passive categories. As far as Yelan is concerned, you should develop them in a particular order:

Constellations
As with most five-star characters, Yelan will be a very good character at the C0 level. Every following constellation will strengthen it significantly. C1 will increase Energy Recharge, while C4 will increase the HP of all party members.
