This page in our trophy/achievement guide to Hitman 2 has the list of all achievements/trophies available in Hitman Legacy: Sapienza. They are part of the content available in the first season. These achievements/trophies require both the Legacy Pack and the DLC with the Sapienza episode. This was Hitman's second main episode.

Die by the Sword
How to unlock: Complete "World of Tomorrow".
Commentary: You unlock this trophy/achievement regardless of how you kill Silvio Caruso and Francesca de Santis during "World of Tomorrow" mission.
The Sapienza Trinity
How to unlock: Eliminate Silvio during therapy, down his plane with a cannon and shoot him through the telescope.
Commentary: This trophy/achievement requires you to eliminate a target in various ways, meaning you have to replay this mission a few times. More information can be found in our guide to Hitman 1.
This assassination method requires you to take the identity of Silvio's therapist. Then, reach Silvio's manor while wearing the disguise.
Reach the top of the observatory and open the outside dome. Leave the mansion, go the hideout with your sniper rifle and reach either the top of the church tower or the other tower. Shoot Silvio while he is looking through the scope at the sky.
To get this Opportunity, you need to force your target to evacuate. Activate the fire alarm when Silvio is in the laboratory. Then, go to the yard with the cannons. Load one of them with gunpowder located nearby. Wait for the plane to get in the cannon's reach, then shoot.
Let No Joyful Voice be Heard
How to unlock: Awaken the Kraken!
Commentary: Use your sniper rifle to shoot the bells on one of the boats. This is one of the two hidden trophies/achievements available in Sapienza.
Get a sniper rifle. Reach the rooftop of Caruso's manor and shoot the bells on the boat with a coffin. Hit all four bells to summon the Kraken.

How to unlock: Complete all Opportunities in "World of Tomorrow".
Commentary: Opportunities are occasions for eliminating targets in various ways. Pause the game and go to the right tab to see all the available Opportunities. For obvious reasons, it is impossible to complete them all during one playthrough. You must repeat the Sapienza mission many times and each time focus on a single selected opportunity (or two opportunities if they are related to different targets and don't exclude each other). Hints about eliminating main mission targets in various ways can be found in the walkthrough in our guide to Hitman 1.
Sapienza Escalated
How to unlock: Complete Level 5 of an Escalation Contract set in Sapienza.
Commentary: With each Escalation, Agent 47 will face more and more complex challenges related to assassinations. Sapienza offers several Escalations - complete one of them to unlock this trophy/achievement.
Plan Ahead
How to unlock: Select a Starting Location and use an Agency Pickup to smuggle an item into Sapienza.
Commentary: Both options become available after reaching a higher Mastery Level (rank). Try to complete Sapienza at least once by following the "standard rules". Then, check if you can select a starting location and use the option to smuggle items.
Amalfi Pearl
How to unlock: Reach Sapienza Mastery Level 20.
Commentary: Reach new Mastery Levels (ranks) by completing various challenges available in the mission that takes place in Sapienza. These challenges require you to, i.e. eliminate targets in a certain way, find items useful in assassinations or start the mission in different starting locations. You don't have to complete all the challenges to reach Level 20. Focus on those that are best suited for you.
