Arms Dealer

Hit anyone with android's arm, not yours.

Knock out the Kronstadt Scientist (or anyone else) using the android arm. Both the arm and the scientists can be found on the upper floor at Kronstadt building.

Make the android kill someone else than Robert. The easiest option: get McInnis's ID, who works on the android. You can find his ID on the desk inside the room adjacent to the one where the scientists work on the android. Show this ID to the android in the demo room, and he will shoot McInnis. Use the fish to throw someone into the ocean. This involves the same fish as described above. Hit someone with the fish, if that person is standing on the pier to make him or her fall into the water. In order to acquire the fish, see the Free Fishie challenge description.

Tanked

When inside Kronstadt building, smash an aquarium (one gunshot is enough) in such a way so that the water pouring out knocks out a guard. To do this, throw a coin inside the aquarium, and when the guard attempts to take it out, shoot the tank. You can do it e.g. with aquarium no. 1 (not are aquariums are breakable!)

Sleeping with the Fishes

Push someone into the opening in an aquarium at the Kronstadt building. You can do this inside the same room that was described in the challenges abode: take a coin, lure the guard by the aquarium and push him.

In the south-east part of Kronstadt building, you will find an out-of-order elevator shaft that links the upper floor with the underground parking. Drag someone to the shaft (this person can be knocked out) and throw him inside.

Have a drink with chili - wait until Sierra arrives and make sure to wear Moses Lee's outfit (a green suit, a hat, and glasses). Make sure this drink is not poisoned. More details on that can be found under the Hot shot challenge.

Milky Way

Similarly to the description above, just let Sierra drink the chili drink - win the game. Do not poison the chili drink - this is when Sierra will run to the kitchen to drink some milk. More details on that can be found under the Hot shot challenge description.

Do not allow Sierra to kill the man in the Flamingo suit. This meeting takes place behind the abandoned Hotel, to the north-east. In order for the meeting to take place, go to the parking lot and help the guy in the bird suit to get the keys, so that he can continue. Then, hide near the Hotel to the north-east and observe the course of events. Sierra should kill the bird by pushing him into the shaft - save him. More details on that can be found in the description on the Pretty in Pink story mission.

As described above (Sympathy For the Bird): help the blackmailer to meet with Sierra: this time, however, hide somewhere nearby (best hang in the shaft) to hear the whole conversation, its ending in particular. Celebrate the victory disguised as Moses Lee. After the race finishes, follow Moses Lee. After he stops talking to the manager by the podium, lure him to a corner with a coin and steal his disguise.

You can find sugar in the kitchen - the closest place to go is the paddock Kronstadt. You need it to sabotage Moses Lee's car after dressing as racing mechanic Kowoon (while the race is on).

Approach the garage gate and locate the technical post, next to which you can perform one of the three available sabotage options: install the bomb in a car, modify the wheel, or put some sugar to the fuel (for the sake of this challenge).

Red Flag

Make the race stopped due to too many collisions. Proposition: combine this with Moving Target challenge (killing Sierra with a sniper rifle). Do not limit yourself - shoot some more drivers.

Potty Training

You Got A Fast Car

Get inside the car at the Kronstadt expo, on the ground floor. The guards will not like that... You can do this when completing the Turbo Charged mission.

Disqualify Moses Lee: Part of The Triumph story mission.

The Briefcase

After completing this level, you will unlock a briefcase. You can find it in a room on the upper floor located farthest to the south, over the garages. The briefcase serves to carry illegal items (mainly weapons).

Challenges that are repetitive for every mission

  1. Versatile Assassin - Kill a target using 5 methods.
  2. Straight Shot - Kill a target with a headshot.
  3. Someone Could Hurt Themselves - Let the target die in an accident.
  4. Chameleon - Find all disguises in Miami (29).
  5. Tasteless, Traceless - Kill the target using lethal poison. you can find it at Emergency Bay (inside the dressing room) to the north, behind the garages.
  6. Piano Man - Use the fiber wire to kill the target. It is not a part of the default equipment in this mission, so select it during the planning.
  7. Hold My Hair - Kill the target after tracking it: it is easy to complete with Sierra - go to the VIP lounge on the upper floor, where the party is taking place. You will find rat poison in the kitchen. Put it in Sierra's drink (e.g. to the trophy if she wins the race; chili to win the alcohol drinking game during the VIP party, as Moses Lee). You can combine this challenge with others completed during this party.
