Lethal poison is useful when completing many challenges in Miami (The Finish Line) in Hitman 2. With it, you can kill targets or other characters without being noticed, by adding poison to their food or drinks. You can find the poison only at Emergency Bay, in the northeast part of the map (medical wing). It lies on the bench, as a pill box, inside the dressing room. Additionally, inside the metal box on the wall (you can find the key to it on the reception desk) you will find the syringe with lethal poison - you cannot use this one to poison food.

Challenges that can be completed with lethal poison during The Finish Line mission:

1. Don't Drive And Drink,
2. Doctor 47 and Vitamin Overdose (using the syringe, not the pills),
3. The Florida Diet,
4. Ocular Administration.
