The best place to obtain deadly poison is the doctor's office in the village (shown in the picture above). It's closed. Before you break in (take a lockpick on a mission or use a crowbar), distract the man on the opposite side of the road. It's best to use a coin.

Another place where you can find the deadly poison is the basement of the Rico Delgado's mansion. You will find a bottle in a room with a large amount of cash and a money counting machine. It's best to get there in disguise of Rico's bodyguard.

Another place with the poison is a first aid point on the construction site. You can sneak into the construction site or enter there in a disguise. Go to one of the barracks and open a cabinet hanging on the wall.
