First, you need to enter the building. There you will find a locked ladder - unlock it using the bow. This will open the path to unlocking the collectible later on.

Afterwards, leave the building and head toward the mine cart. Push it past the switch, then bring the cart right under the ledge by the building. This will allow you to jump on the building and then use the rope to reach the key's location.

Now go back to where you unlocked the ladder - jump up there and read the note next to the door. From it, you will learn that the code to the door is the year the building was built. The date is on the outside wall - 1923.

Once you open the door, you will gain access to the wall covered in crystals. Use an igniter on it.

Next, go back to the mine cart and move it behind the switch. Then pull on the lever again. This way, you'll be able to bring the mine cart to the location of the climbing handle. It will be necessary to get the collectible.
