Healing - how to heal Aloy?

Horizon Forbidden West features the exact same healing system as its predecessor. To heal Aloy simply use one of the options below:

1. Medicinal Berries: you can find them almost everywhere, as they grow on distinctive bushes. To use the berries you must press up on the D-Pad;
2. Potions: they recover more HP at once, so they're worth saving for more difficult situations. To use the potion press down on the D-Pad - make sure you have the correct item assigned to it.
3. Food: Progressing through Horizon Forbidden West you'll meet some cooks who can prepare dishes for you if you give them ingredients - said dishes not only heal Aloy but also provide her with additional bonuses.

Health Potions - how to craft?

To obtain health potions in Horizon Forbidden West you can find them, buy them from traders or craft them yourself using workbenches.

1. Small Health Potion: to create one you need 2x Medicinal Berry and 1x Wild Meat;
2. Medium Health Potion: to create one you need 3x Medicinal Berry, 3x Wild Meat, 1x Vigorstem;
3. Large Health Potion: to create one you need 5x Medicinal Berry, 5x Wild Meat, 1x Fiberzest.
