This page of our guide to Animal Crossing New Horizons focuses on Isabelle, an employee of the Nook Inc.

Isabelle will not arrive on your island until you have expanded the Resident Services building. Once she gets to your island, you will learn that her help is invaluable. This kind dog works every day at Nook Inc., and her job is to help the player develop the island.

Where to find her?

You will meet Isabelle in Resident Services, a building located on the main square.

What can she do?

She can tell you about your island rating (we wrote more about the rating system here). She will also help you deal with the residents - if you don't like the outfit or behavior of a specific character, you can tell Isabelle about it.
