Kill the enemy in the tent and examine his corpse

The enemy in the possession of the only weapon part is, by default, in the tent, in the Eastern part of the map. It is best to sneak up from behind and eliminate him in melee. After the successful attack, examine the body.

Note - if you are not careful enough, this enemy may leave the tent and start patrolling the area.
