Kill the soldiers that reached here with the halftrack

Right after you have planted the fourth explosive, you will see a short cutscene, from which you will learn that there appeared new soldiers, in the Western part of the hall (point 14 on the map), who are reinforced by a halftrack. For the time being, stay away from them and allow the soldiers to disperse all around the hall. Then, try eliminating them, by using generators and suppressed weapons, to remain undetected.

The field of vision, of the abovementioned halftrack, is vast, which means that you need to watch out to prevent being spotted. I recommend that you use the balconies above and approach the vehicle without haste. Position yourself in the spot, from which it is easy to throw the dynamite (an example in the above screenshot). After you throw the stick, stop in the spot where it will be easy to reach it with your weapon, which will destroy the vehicle, as a result.

The stairs that allow you to mount the tank

As for the current main objective, turn your interest to it only after you have destroyed the halftrack. You need to climb atop the Ratte tank (point 15 on the map) and to do that, take the stairs to the North of the vehicle. Reach the very top and plant the explosive in the marked spot.
