Diary 1/8 - Survival Notes: Water

Examine the hill

This diary is on the hill in the Northern part of the map. Keep appropriate precautions, because the hill is being patrolled by, at least, one soldier.

Diary 2/8 - Missives from Home

Search the building with the collectible inside

This diary is inside one of the larger buildings in the central part of the map. Since the area is being patrolled by an enemy vehicle and guarded by many enemies, it is best to start searching for it only after you have secured this part of the map.

Diary 3/8 - Axis War Story: Remembering Emil

The document is on a big crate

This diary has been left in the village in the central part of the map. Go towards the building with the tower, which used to be (or still is) occupied by the enemy sniper. Explore the entire ground floor, thanks to which you will find the collectible.

Diary 4/8 - Vahlen's Journal: Usefulness of Rommel

The Diary is next to the ladder to the top of the tower

This diary is in the building in the central part of the map, i.e. the one with the tower that is, initially, occupied by the enemy sniper. Take the stairs to reach the upper floor. After you reach the ladder, ignore it and take a look around for the collectible.

Diary 5/8 - Axis Account: Dangerous Ambitions

There should be no enemies, neither inside the cottage, nor around it

This diary is in the cottage in the North-Eastern part of the map. The cottage itself is not being guarded but, by default, this area is being patrolled by the enemy halftrack.

Diary 6/8 - Note from Vahlen: In My Absence

Approach the table in the command center

This diary is on the table in Vahlen's command center. It is required to be collected, by one of the main objectives of the mission so, you cannot miss it.

Diary 7/8 - Letters to Martin

The collectible is inside one of the buildings

This diary is inside one of the cottages in the Southern part of the map. IF you do not want any additional problems, you can visit the cottage before you explore Vahlen's command center, because there will not be any enemies, yet.

Diary 8/8 - Note from Vahlen: Safe Combination

Kill the officer and examine his corpse

This diary is on the second officer that appears in the Southern village, after you visit Vahlen's command center. It is required to obtain this document to be promoted to the next part of the mission so, you cannot miss it.

Note - the marker on the map provided with this guide marks the cottage, where the officer is staying, by default. If, however, you alarm him, he may exit the cottage and start patrolling the area (in such a situation, you will find him by his marker).
