The first soldier that you encounter

You stat this mission in the North-Western part of the map (point 1 on the map). Follow the linear path, full of vehicle wreckages and eliminate, quietly, the first enemy soldier at its end. In the meantime, you should receive a new secondary objective, connected with the Nebelwerfer rocket launchers. I recommend that you deal with them before you reach the mission's main target, i.e. Vahlen's command center. The first launcher is located to the East of the mission's starting point (point 4 on the map).

The path up the hill, to the south of the launcher

I recommend against going towards the first launcher immediately, because on the hill, to the South of it, there stops a single guard, every now and then, and he has a perfect view of the area. As a result, it would be a good thing to eliminate him in the first place. To do that, take the path to the Southern hill (points 3 on the map).

After you climb onto the abovementioned Southern hill, take a look around the area. Here, there is, at last, one opponent but, what is more important is unlocking the first sniper nest (the blue point 1 on the map). After you take your positions in the nest, take two shots. First of all, eliminate the enemy sniper that occupies the tower in the village, to the South-West of here (screenshot 1). Then, take to scoring the Long Shot - in this case, you need to target the opponents several hundred meters away, Southwards of the nest (he has been shown in screenshot 2).

The hill provides you with a good view of the area around the launcher

After you have used the first nest, reach the Northern part of the hill. After you get to the vantage point, eliminate the abovementioned single opponent and, at the same time, collect the War Diary - Survival Notes: Water; (green point 1 on the map). Turn towards the Northern buildings, mark the targets and try to eliminate, at least, some of them. It is worth adding that, just like in the case of the previous mission, you can use the fact that there are planes flying overhead, to drown out your gunshots.

You can destroy the launcher, e.g. by shooting at the explosive barrel.

You need to destroy the first launcher (point 4 on the map), because it is not enough to eliminate its crew to complete the secondary objective of the mission. The easiest way to do that is to fire a shot, at a long distance, at the red barrel. If you do not want to use weapons, you can approach the launcher (ideally from the West, right after you climb down the hill) and throw an M24 grenade. regardless of what you did, be prepared to take on the reinforcements that may arrive in the location of the explosion. Also, explore the buildings to the South of the destroyed launcher, because there is a collectible card, inside one of them. (green point 2 on the map).
