The next section of our guide to Greedfall describes Coin Guard Merchandise and Heretic Hunt secondary quests.

Where to start the quest?: You will receive the missions practically at the very beginning of the game.

Go to the embassy in Serene and talk to Cardinal Antonius about your expedition. In conversation you will get two secondary quests: Coin Guard Merchandise and Heretic Hunt. As for the continuation of the Heretic Hunt quest, go to Captain Vasco and speak to him. Then go to the smuggler's headquarters and talk to him. Then search his belongings and you will find a diary that may brighten up the situation a little bit.

Go to a meeting with the Heretics and you will see that the entrance to the warehouse is blocked by guards. You can dress up as a Sailor to pass them by, craft a sleeping potion (if you have the science ability) or simply climb the ladder next to the roof and pass by the guards.

You'll meet the Heretics at the warehouse. You can dress up as Naut to get information or classically discuss the matter. Then you can arrest them, try to talk to the Ambassador or just let them go. Talk to the Ambassador at the end - depending on your choice, you may have to try to convince him or you may just tell him what you did with the Heretics. It's not worth telling the truth - you'll lose one reputation point with Theleme. You will receive 1000 XP for completing this quest.
