How to unlock: Find the datapad in the assembly point [Eos].
Here you can find the guide for Something Personnel quest. This is a quest in Heleus (assignment), in Mass Effect: Andromeda game. You can complete it at any moment during your stay on Eos. During it you must visit hard to access assembly points and then go on Nexus to warrant a new assignment for Chief Engineer Grace Lito.
Unlocking the quest
The quest marker is near Site 1 on Eos, the base which was the starting point of your exploration during A Better Beginning quest. You can see it on the picture 1. You can get there only by using Nomad but there is a hindrance in the form of a steep hill. Use 6x6 drive and help yourself with booster. When you are on the hill leave the vehicle and find the datapad presented on the picture 2.
Speak with Addison and the assistant to give Lito an assignment
Go back on Nexus after you establish an outpost on Eos during A Better Beginning quest. Use the tram and travel to Nexus: Operations Center. First, you must meet with Addison and then with assistant Vladimir Breck. The second meeting is more important. Bring up the topic of waking someone up from hibernation and as a candidate point the Chief Engineer Grace Lito.
