On this page of the Final Fantasy VII Remake Intermission guide you can view the location of HP Up Materia hidden in Sector 7 Slums area.

HP Up Materia can be found during the course of the first story mission (First Challenge) of Intermission expansion, after entering Abandoned Warehouse.

After defeating the first major opponent (Lesser Drake), enter the Abandoned Warehouse. Look to the area marked in the screenshot above to locate Purple Materia. To get it, you need to reach the upper floor.

Approach the elevator and throw a shuriken at the lever marked in the screenshot above. You'll activate an elevator that can be used to access the upper floor of the warehouse. Here, you'll have to fight two lesser opponents.

Before you leave the warehouse, look for another elevator - throw a shuriken at the lever shown in the screenshot above and use the ladder to reach the bottom floor.

All you have to do now is to use the elevator to reach the upper floor and pick-up HP Up Materia.
