How to unlock: You must meet with Father in the C.I.T. Ruins (M5,7) during the Battle of Bunker Hill quest.

Quest objectives:

• Speak with Father
• Attend the Directorate meeting
• Speak with Father

Directorate meeting room

It's a very short and simple quest. Move to the Institute. If you started this quest immediately after completing the previous one, wait for Father to reach this place as well. Go to the room where the directorate meeting will take place and wait for it to begin. During the meeting you will be selected as Father's successor and you will learn about his health problems. Speak with Father once the directorate meeting ends. He will give you new quest - Mass Fusion.

Quest rewards: Experience points, new Institute quest (Mass Fusion).
