In Fallout 4 you can find 50 achievements and one additional trophy for PS4. Below you will find a list of all of them with a description about how to unlock them. Most of the achievements are unlocked during the game and they do not require any special intervention from the player - most trophies are related to completing the main storyline quests, side quests and reaching certain level. Harder challenges are described more thoroughly, in some cases you will also find information about where and when it is easier to get them.

Ad Victoriam

Complete the "Ad Victoriam" quest for the Brotherhood of Steel.

Animal Control

Kill 300 creatures

Armed and Dangerous

Craft 50 weapon mods. You don't have to use them.

Benevolent Leader

Happiness of citizens of any large towns must reach 100%. A town must consist of at least 15 people. Satisfy all of their needs - food, water, beds and defensive structures. You can find more information about managing towns on a separate page of the guide.

Blind Betrayal

Complete the "Blind Betrayal" for the Brotherhood of Steel.

Born Survivor

Reach level 5.

Commonwealth Citizen

Reach level 10.

Community Organizer

Enter an alliance with three towns while working for the Minutemen. The first one is the Sanctuary. Subsequent ones will be unlocked by completing side quests for the Minutemen.

Dangerous Minds

Complete the main quest "Dangerous Minds". It cannot be missed.

Fix-Er-Upper

Craft 100 objects using the Workshop. If you want to earn this achievement quickly, choose the simplest objects which do not require too much resources.

Future Retro

Play any minigame at any terminal. You can get this achievement while completing the first quest, when you try to get out of Vault 111. There is a terminal in the last administrator room.

Gun-For-Hire

Complete any 10 side quests.

Homerun!

You need to perform a homerun. Go to the Diamond City Market, to the baseball field. Stand at the starting point and run around, touching all four bases.|

Hunter/Hunted

Complete the "Hunter/Hunted" main quest. This achievement cannot be missed.

Institutionalized

Complete the "Institutionalized" main quest. This achievement cannot be missed.

Legend Of The Wastes

Reach level 50

Lovable

Reach 100% with any companion. Relationships can be improved by performing activities that your companions like. Depending on a companion, it can mean being nice to NPCs or opening locks. The game will always tell you if the companion liked your action.

Note - You can have a romantic relationship with some of the companions. It is not required for this achievement, but flirting with your companion can improve your relationship much more quickly.

Mankind-Redefined

Complete the "Mankind-Redefined" quest for the Institute. You can unlock the achievement only if you start helping this faction.

Masshole

Kill 300 people. Focus on raiders not to turn the neutral and friendly NPCs against you.

Mercenary

Perform 50 minor tasks from the Miscellaneous section in the journal.

Never Go It Alone

Recruit 5 companions. It's not hard, since there are 13 possible ones in the game. A list of them can be found in a separate chapter of the guide.

Nuclear Family

Complete The Nuclear Family". It's one of the two possible ending quests, related to the Institute faction. You won't be able to get this achievement if you have chosen "The Nuclear Option", related to other factions. Moreover, you must not be expelled from the Institute for cooperating with other factions. The best idea is to save the game before making any crucial decisions.

Old Guns

Complete the "Old Guns" for the Minutemen.

Platinum Trophy

Unlock all of the trophies (PS4 only).

Powering Up

Complete the "Powering Up" quest for the Institute. You can earn it only if you start helping this faction.

Prankster's Return

Place a live grenade in an enemy's pocket while pickpocketing. You need the Pickpocket perk on level 2, because only then will you be able to put things in pockets. If the action doesn't turn out as it should, load the game and try again.

Prepared for the Future

Decide the fate of the Commonwealth. It will be unlocked while unlocking one of the endings - Nuclear Family or Nuclear Option.

Print's Not Dead

Find and read 20 magazines. It's rather easy, since there are 122 of them placed throughout the game.

Discover any 100 locations

Reunions

Complete the "Reunions" main quest. This achievement cannot be missed.

RobCo's Worst Nightmare

Hack 50 terminals, regardless of the level of security.

Rockets' Red Glare

Complete the "Rockets' Red Glare" quest for the Railroad.

Sanctuary

Complete the "Sanctuary" for the Minutemen.

Scavver

Collect 1000 crafting resources. You can either acquire them as they are or obtain them from useless items.

Semper Invicta

Complete "The First Step" - the quest when you first meet the Brotherhood of Steel. You can cooperate with them only if you haven't completed too many quests for the Railroad or the Institute.

Taking Independence

Complete the "Taking Independence" quest for the Minutemen.

The First Step

Complete the "The First Step" - the quest when you meet the Minutemen for the first time.

The Harder They Fall

Kill any 5 large monsters. Only Behemoths (a special kind of super mutants) and Mirelurk queens count (you will encounter one of them in a Minutemen quest).

The Molecular Level

Complete "The Molecular Level" main quest. This achievement cannot be missed.

The Nuclear Option

Complete "The Nuclear Option". It is one of two possible ending quests, related to the Minutemen, Brotherhood of Steel and the Railroad (it does not matter with whom you cooperate). You won't be able to get this achievement if you chose "The Nuclear Family" related to the fourth faction - the Institute. Save the game before making any vital decisions.

They're Action Figures

Collect all 20 Vault-Tec Bobbleheads. Their location can be found in the World Atlas.

They're Not Dolls

Collect 10 Vault-Tec Bobbleheads. There are 20 of them throughout the game so you don't have to get them all. Their location can be found in the World Atlas.

Touchdown!

Make your character die due to a mini-nuke explosion. It is a Fat Man ammo possessed by many of the strongest enemies. You can let an enemy use it or obtain the Fat Man and kill yourself. Alternatively, you can find a suicide super mutant that runs around with a mini nuke.

Tradecraft

Complete the "Tradecraft" quest related to the first encounter with the Railroad. You can work for them only if you haven't completed too many quests for the Brotherhood or the Institute.

Underground Undercover

Complete the "Underground Undercover" quest for the Railroad fraction.

Unlikely Valentine

Complete the "Unlikely Valentine" main quest. This achievement cannot be missed,.

Unstoppable Wanderer

Reach level 25

War Never Changes

Get out of the Vault 111. This achievement cannot be missed,.

Wasteland D.I.Y.

Craft 100 items. If you wish to unlock this achievement quickly, choose simple items that do not require too much resources.

What's Yours Is Mine

Open 50 locks using bobby pins. The lock's type and difficulty do not matter.

When Freedom Calls

Complete the "When Freedom Calls" main quest. This achievement cannot be missed,.
