Unlocking the quest

After the third conversation, Cait task you with the quest

You find Cait in the Combat Zone. Take her along, as your companion, thanks to which you receive this quest after some time. It takes relatively long to gain her trust, but you can do this by:

• Using drugs and alcohol (after you complete this quest, they lower your reputation),
• Lockpicking,
• Sarcastic and mean opinions, haggling your way below the red limit.

Vault 95

Vault 95 entrance

The objective is to take Cait to Vault 95. It is occupied by mercenaries and assaultrons, which is why it is not going to be easy. After you fight your way in, take the elevator to get into the vault. After the preliminary elimination of the mercenaries, open the door to the left of the stairs, saying "Research". Ignore the marker and follow that way.

Clean Room

Clean Room

At the end of the path, you find the Clean Room. Here, Cait will talk to you. What you need to do is convince her to come clean of her addiction, using low-level Charisma.

Detoxification Terminal

Finally, after Cait sits on the chair, use the terminal to start the detoxification process. Then, talk to her which completes this quest.
