1 � Build a large fishing rod from the LEGO bricks and use Force on it to grab the treasure.
2 � Use the Force on a container on the hill.
3 � Use the grappling hook to open the container.
4 � Smash through a cracked wall with one of the strong characters (like Grummgar).
5 � Use a heavy blaster to destroy a small golden statue.
6 � Build a nest for BB-8 near the damaged X-Wing. Place BB-8 on the nest and release the flying machine.
7 � The brick is levitating next to the castle's outer wall. You can reach it by jumping between handles attached to the castle wall.
8 � Find three gym objects in the area and start interacting with them. They are: a nest for BB-8, an anchor point and an object which you can use the Force on.
9 � The brick appears after destroying the golden barricade with a heavy blaster.
10 � Choose Leia, find some people nearby whom you can issue orders to and grab all four anchor points on the wreck of the TIE fighter.
11 � Destroy objects from the environment and build a trampoline. Now choose a character with a stick (like Rey) and place it in the upper slot. You may begin performing jumps in order to get to the levitating brick.
12 � Get to a nearby hill and slide down on the rope to grab the brick.
13 � Use the Force on five flowers which you will be finding near the path leading to the hill.
14 � You must build statues in five areas on the map.
Areas where you start minor side missions
1 � Race - Use a vehicle of your choosing in order to participate in the race.
2 � Translate mission - You must choose C-3PO or a similar character for this mission. Defeat a group of space pirates.
3 � General mission - You must choose BB-8. Destroy all of the nearby objects before the time limit expires.
4 � Race - You must first complete the race from 1 on the map. Use any vehicle to complete this race.
5 � General mission - Defeat 20 enemy flying machines in an air battle.
6 � Translate mission - You must choose C-3PO or a similar character for this mission. Follow the studs to a clearing. You must defeat 7 stormtroopers there (one of them is using a heavy blaster).
7 � First Order mission - You must be playing as its member (like Kylo Ren or Captain Phasma). Follow the studs to a northern clearing. You must defeat 10 standard pirates there and one armed with a control baton (he's a little stronger).
8 � General mission - In the first part of the mission you must destroy 5 pieces of the wreck. The second part is about shooting down 10 enemy flying machines.
9 � General mission - Take a seat on board of the microfighter and start attacking the others. The battle is divided into three parts and you must destroy a total of 16 vehicles.
10 � Scavenger mission - You must be playing as a scavenger (like Rey in a disguise or Athgar Heece). Win a blaster battle by defeating 10 enemies.
11 � Race - Use a vehicle of your choosing in order to participate in the race.
12 � Resistance mission - You must be playing as its member (like Han Solo). There are nine miniature TIE fighters for you to destroy.
13 � General mission - You must choose BB-8. Destroy all of the nearby objects before the time limit expires.
Areas tied to unlocking carbonite LEGO bricks
1 � Use a lightsaber to cut through a wall.
2 � Use a rotating mechanism to start the elevator and get to the upper level. After that interact with a climbing wall.
3 � Use the stairs and stop the first character on the pressure plate. Switch to the second character and go to the balcony with the brick.
4 � Grab the anchor points with two playable characters and then enter a small transport ship.
5 � Grab the anchor point to wake up Grummgar and defeat him in battle. After the battle use the Force on the sofa he was sleeping on.
6 � Open a container with the brick using a stormtrooper or another First Order member.
7 � Switch to Admiral Ackbar and jump into the pool of water.
8 � Smash through a cracked wall with one of the strong characters (like Grummgar).
The above map presents islands on the surface of planet Takodana that you can explore as much as you want in your free time between missions. On the planet, there are the following attractions:
- 13 small side missions (5 general missions, 3 races, 2 translation missions, 1 Resistance mission, 1 First Order mission, 1 Scavenger mission)
- 35 golden LEGO bricks (14 of them can be found in the course of exploration, 21 are received as rewards for finding carbonite LEGO bricks and for completing additional missions)
- 8 carbonite LEGO bricks
Some of the above activities are available from the very beginning, but there also are those, which require characters with unique abilities. Attractions that are more difficult to get to have been described later in the text.
Some of the golden bricks are not located precisely in the spots that they are marked on the map. Some of them require you to interact with several objects in the surroundings. A unique example here is Golden brick 14, because to obtain it, you have to build statues in five different spots of the map.
Apart from exploring the main island, to reach some of the collectibles you will also have to check out the three islets. You can have problems figuring out how to reach them. Return to the spot where the Millennium Falcon landed, thanks to which you will reach the shore shown in the above screenshot. Then, you can access the scroll-down menu and select any vehicle that you can use to get to an island (playable characters cannot swim).
Another troublesome situation has been shown in the above screenshot and it is a barricade that you run into while exploring the Northern part of the isle. You have to get rid of the barricade. Fortunately, there is an easy way to do it and it is to use any character that uses heavy blaster for destroying golden objects, e.g. Captain Phasma or Stormtrooper Heavy.
Golden brick 7
This brick is hovering over the rocks by the external wall of the castle. The only way to get there is to use the horizontal bars shown in the above screenshot, attached to the wall. Move over them to the left and take jumps only when necessary. Along your path, you will also have to tap quickly the button displayed on the screen to prevent your character from falling.
Golden brick 8
The brick is not in the location marked on the map, because before you obtain it, you will have to interact with three objects connected with the gym. The first object to use is the socket that you interact with as BB-8. Then, use grapple hook, as any of the characters, and fire towards the grappling point. Then, select the character that uses the Force and approach the last object.
Golden brick 10
To obtain the brick, you gave to switch to a character that can issue orders to others (preferably Leia). Find three characters near the brick marker and issue orders to them as Leia. Follow them to the wrecked TIE fighter, grapple on to any grappling point and wait for the others to do the same.
Golden brick 11
After you get near the brick, destroy objects in the area and build a trampoline. Switch to Rey, or any other character that uses bar and place it in the slot shown in the above screenshot. You can now start bouncing off the trampoline. After you grab on to the first bar, jump towards another one, thanks to which you will ultimately reach the spot where there is the Golden brick floating.
Golden brick 12
This brick is floating high above the ground. Go eastwards of the brick and reach the hill shown in the above screenshot. In here, you can jump and grab on to the zipline. You collect the brick automatically, during the ride.
Golden brick 14
To obtain this brick, you have to find five objects that you can smash, in different parts of the island. One of such objects has been shown in the above screenshot. After you destroy a given object, use the interactive bricks to build a small statue. Follow our map to locate all of the building spots.
