Chapter 3 - Niima Outpost | Walkthrough LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Guide

This chapter is composed of two longer and a single short part. During the early phase of the chapter the characters will explore the outpost, solve puzzles and eliminate numerous stormtroopers. In the latter part of the chapter you will be taking part in larger battles. The final part of the chapter is an escape from the planet Jakku on board of the Millennium Falcon.

Unlocking chapter 3 - the surface of the planet Jakku
Similarly to the first chapter, you will find yourself on the surface of the planet Jakku. You can decide whether you want to explore the planet thoroughly, or head to the place where the third mission will initiate. If you decide for the second variant, follow the transparent studs.
Rey will have to stop when you reach the quicksand. The only way you can bypass them is to use Rey's Speeder. Summon the drop-down menu and select the option shown on the above screenshot (vehicles). After the speed appears, jump into it and continue your journey towards the starting place of the third mission.
Your journey will be interrupted again after reaching an active force field. Start by destroying nearby objects and then construct a trampoline located on the right side of the force field. Jump towards the upper bar. Wait for it to be lowered and until the indicator on the right side turns green.
Destroy the trampoline and construct a terminal to the left of the force field. BB-8 must interact with the terminal.
After BB-8 interacts with the terminal, switch back to Rey. Destroy the terminal and build the trampoline again. Jump again to the nearby bar and make your way to the next ones. You must reach the leftmost bar. Wait for it to be lowered and switch back to BB-8. Attach the robot to the newly exposed socket. The second indicator should turn green and the force field should be disabled.
You can now travel towards the buildings visible in the distance, where the third chapter of the game will begin.
Exploration of the outpost
Start the chapter as Rey and head to the right. Eliminate the first group of stormtroopers and make use of Rey's unique ability to slide underneath the large obstacle. Eliminate another group of stormtroopers, destroy nearby blocks and construct a ballista on the left side. Interacting with the newly constructed object will destroy the barricade, allowing other characters to join Rey.
Eliminate a new group of stormtroopers, destroy the ballista and construct a lift on top of the screen. Place BB-8 on top of it and press the left directional button / move the analog stick to the left. Afterwards, switch to Finn, approach the terminal on the right side and match the element of attire of the character on the screen to that of a stormtrooper. Completing this mini-game will unlock further passage.
Eliminate a new group of stormtroopers. Go to the right and destroy nearby boxes to expose a small hatch that can be accessed by BB-8. After reaching the upper ledge eliminate all of the stormtroopers, move a little to the left and attach the robot to the generator to charge it up.
Switch back to Rey, eliminate a new group of enemies and jump towards the nearby bar attached to the large generator. Jump to the next bars located on the right side to reach the place with BB-8. Finally, you must get Finn to the same place - destroy nearby objects and construct a ladder to do so.
Select Finn, head to the right and grab onto the nearby handle. After the conveyor starts moving, use manual aiming mode to shoot at the single box located directly above the conveyor. After the box crashed into the ground, approach the bouncing blocks and use them to construct a launcher. Place BB-8 on top of it and catapult the robot. Wait for BB-8 to land on the other side, approach the nearby terminal, solve a mini-game and unlock the passage for Rey and Finn.
Select Rey and reach the platform - it will catapult her to the right. Eliminate the group of stormtroopers located there and construct a defensive cannon. Mount it and start firing at the construction located on the left side. Your task is to destroy specific objects on the bridge, allowing Finn and BB-8 to rejoin Rey.
You will soon reach an area with a large enclosure. Eliminate a group of stormtroopers, destroy nearby objects and construct a socked on the right side of the enclosure. Switch back to BB-8, head there and interact with the object.
Switch back to either Finn or Rey and them to jump on top of one of the Lugga beasts. Use the mechanical ally to break through any of the obstacles with cracked walls. Ignore the area on the right side and head towards the last wall with a crack, located on top of the screen. Breaking through this obstacle will initiate a cut-scene, after which you will advance to the next part of the chapter.
Bombardment
Eliminate a new group of stormtroopers, destroy nearby objects and construct either a cannon or a launcher. It will be used to destroy the enemy transport ship.
Head straight ahead and look for new interactive blocks. Start by building a rotating mechanism, which Rey can interact with. Use the mechanism to rotate the crane all the way to the right. Switch to Finn, grab onto the upper handle and reach the upper ledge with him.
Switch back to Rey. Destroy the rotating mechanism and construct a socket on the right side. Approach it with BB-8 and press and hold the left directional button (or tilt the analog stick to the left). This will cause a small climbing wall to appear to the left of the socket. Select Rey, climb on top of the wall and rejoin Finn.
On the upper ledge Finn and Rey must cooperate and push a large interactive object. Doing so will expose an interactive button on the lower ground. Get both of the heroes there and use manual aiming mode to hit the button.
Hitting the button will cause a large explosion, as well as unlock a new passage. Use it and head all the way to the right. After reaching the end of the alley, focus on the button marked on the above screenshot. You must shoot at it (help yourself with the manual aiming mode). This will allow you to access the knob. Switch back to Rey, approach and pick up the knob and use it on the upper mechanism. This will lift the gate, unlocking the passage to a larger area where another blaster battle await you.
Run to the nearest cover and hide behind it. In the first part of the battle eliminate the stormtroopers in the area and don't stay exposed for too long to prevent the sniper located on top of the tower in the distance from attacking you.
Continue eliminating stormtroopers until you receive new orders (three new icons on top of the screen). Move your characters to the right and locate the small hatch reserved for BB-8.
After the robot reaches the new part of the battlefield, use it to approach the terminal on the right side and interact with it. This will allow you to hack into the system and assume control over the large cannon.
First things first, shoot down three TIE Fighters (shoot at them when they are heading towards the cannon). Your next target is the transport ship located on the right side. Shoot at the gold plated element of the ships' side to eliminate it from further combat. Finally, focus your attention on the tower with a sniper located on top of it. Shoot at the gold plated elements of the construction to destroy it.
After you've regained control over the characters, eliminate a new group of stormtroopers and located another interactive button on top of the screen. You must shoot at it, and doing so will give you access to the SN-1F4 droid.
Assume control over the said droid. Move it to the right and place it directly at the point shown on the above screenshot. This will unlock additional interactive blocks.
Start by building a socket on the left side. Place BB-8 there and turn the large cannon to the left. Destroy the socked and construct a generator on the right side of the area. You can now mount the cannon and fire at the TIE Fighters approaching the area.
You must bring down six enemy fighters. Afterwards, head to the left and then straight ahead. There's the Millennium Falcon there, which will be used to escape from Jakku.
Flying through the cemetery of ships
In the final part of this chapter you will be steering the Millennium Falcon during the escape from the planet Jakku. The route will initially be fixed, but you can steer the machine towards places with more studs. Additionally, you must maneuver the machine appropriately in order to avoid getting targeted by enemy ships (red crosshair-like objects on the screen).
You will soon reach an area with more space. From now on you can turn to the sides, or turn the ship around to avoid enemy fire and to be able to find a good firing position. You must eliminate enemy TIE Fighters.
The last phase is a return to the fixed flying route. Just as you've done before, avoid contact with red crosshairs and look for an opportunity to gain additional studs.
