Lanayru is one of the starting locations in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Check out our guide to learn how to complete all the Shrine puzzles in this region.

In the first part of the shrine, you have to move the blocks, using the Ascend skill, and climb them - Zelda TotK: All Shrines in Lanayru - Surface - Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Guide

  1. After entering it, go straight ahead and climb down the ladder. There you will find a device on four wheels and an orb that you need to attach to each other using the Ultrahand ability.
  2. Direct the vehicle straight towards the lava lake, then get on board the four-wheeler and hit the tires to move forward.
  3. Attach the wheel to the board and then place it between the objects.
  4. Use Ultrahand to move the orb to the platform on the right, then target it and drag it to the side.
  5. Quickly return up the ladder and use Recall to return the orb to the top.
  6. Take the orb with the Ultrahand and use it to go to the next room.
  7. Build a wooden bridge, connect it with several other boards and set it up. Next, attach the orb to it and climb up the ladder. Detach the orb and drop it on the other side of the room.
  8. The last step is to climb on the square block to open the gate and then place the orb in the funnel.

  1. You should notice an orb in the water. Use the Ultrahand on the orb, then place it deep underwater and cancel the ability. Thanks to this, the orb will shoot high into the air, activating the mechanism.
  2. Next, do the same with the mattress. This time, however, you will have to turn it upright to activate the mechanism.
  3. The third stage involves placing the orb underwater and then making it shoot out, similar to the first step. Thanks to this, you will unlock the elevator. Enter it quickly and use the Recall ability. You will then be in the air. Use the paraglide and get to the other side.

  1. When you enter the Shrine, go forward and jump on the spring-loaded device that resembles a small trampoline. Then hit this mechanism. You will be launched in the air. Use the paraglide to get higher.
  2. After that, set the mechanism on the right side and repeat the first step. When you are at the highest possible altitude, use the paraglide and fly to the other side.
  3. There you will find an orb and a device with a spring. Set up the mechanism as in the picture, then place (not attach) the orb on the trampoline and quickly attack it. Thanks to this, the sphere will get launched to the place from where you came. When that happens, launch yourself in the same way.
  4. The orb hitting the center of the funnel will open a gate with two connected springboards. Set up a third one on top of it and connect them together. Next, launch yourself up. You will reach the highest floor.
  5. Note, on the lower floor there is a chest in which you will find a Sneaky Elixir.

Jikais Shrine

In the first part of the shrine, you have to move the blocks, using the Ascend skill, and climb them. In the next part, you will find a stone plank. Lay it on the floor so that its edge hangs over the abyss. Step onto the edge of the plank and use Ascend to break through upwards. You will now find yourself in a room behind bars. Lift the stone plank lying next to the wall and place it in such a way that you can use it to get up and jump down on the other side of the prison.

  2. Behind the large structure, you will notice a white pattern carved in stone. Pay attention to its shape. Turn the stone wheel in such a way that the stone with the T shape is facing Steward Construct. Go to the left side of the structure (left when standing in front of the T letter stone). Insert the wooden board into the hole.
  3. Next, light the fire and change the time of day to morning. Wait until the shadow of the structure moves to the right and the shrine appears. You can now enter it and obtain the Light of Blessing.

  2. Hit the small device in the middle of the room and attach the large platform to it. Set it up as a bridge and move on. Take the platform with you and set it diagonally to get to the next part of the shrine.
  3. Attach the orb to the device on the wall and hit the orange pillar. A stone block will jump out of the wall, which will throw the device with the ball to the other side. Set up the platform in the same place, stand on it and shoot an arrow at the orange pillar. Finally, put the orb inside the hole and collect the Light of Blessing.
