Rakashog Shrine

Pick up the mirror and direct the light towards the button above the doors. Move ahead, carry the mirror through the hole in the grate. Direct the light towards the orange button. Put the mirror on the ground so that the light is directed to the next room. Pick up the next mirror and aim the light towards the button on the ground.
Jump on the platform and wait until it takes you up. Defeat two enemies and use two mirrors to reflect the light onto the last button by the shrine exit gate.
Mayasiar Shrine

This shrine is on the Starview Island. You need to direct light onto the orange buttons using mirrors to open the way to the shrine and the chest with Sage's Will. Collect what's inside the chest and enter the shrine to get the Light of Blessing.
Siyamotsus Shrine

After entering the shrine, take the contents of the chest and go up the stairs. On the left side, you'll see a burning torch. You need to light the torch on the right side, using a Fire Fruit arrow for that. Approach the spot where the chest was just a moment ago and wait until the launcher works; you will then be able to fly up to the altar.
