Starting the quest
This quest activates the day after completing the Where's Mi-an main quest. Elsie will visit your workshop in the morning, handing over some photos her friend took.

Meet Elsie in Blue Moon
After talking to all the listed townspeople head to the Blue Moon Saloon across from the Commerce Guild. Once inside, talk to Elsie and Mi-an. This completes the quest.
