Delivery Expert is the penultimate courier mission that Arvio will assign you in My Time at Sandrock. This time you will deliver a package to Miguel, the pastor at Church of the Light.

Starting the quest
As with Arvio's previous requests, talk to him to start the next courier mission. The man will ask you to deliver a package to Miguel.
Deliver to Miguel
Miguel mainly stays at the Church of the Light, but he can often be found walking between the Temple and the City Hall. If you're having trouble locating the man, the side quest marker will indicate his exact location. Talk to Miguel and hand over the package.
Talk to Arvio
Now all you have to do is talk to Arvio to inform him about another successful package delivery. The quest will be completed.
