In this part of the guide to My Summer Car, you will learn all about the grandmother NPC. We will show you where to find her house and at what time you can find her there. In addition, we report how you can earn money in the game with the help of the grandmother.
General information
Grandmother Sirkka lives in her house, some distance from the player's farm. She is 78 years old and is the main source of information about the world of the game. When you visit her, she will tell you different stories about herself and your parents. Every few hours she will call you with a request to bring her some small groceries. If you are patient, you can earn money through it.
Where does grandma live and when can you find her?
Grandma sits in front of her house every day from 8 am to 4 pm, but only when the weather is good. She lives past the railway; take the right turn at the intersection. Here's how to get to grandma's house:
As always, follow the road from your home to the railway tracks. Go straight through the train tracks and go to the junction, where you have to turn right, towards RYKIPOHJA.
Follow the road. On the right, you will pass a hut and a large grain field.
Go a bit further, and in the end, on the left, you will see a house among some trees - very close to the road. You have arrived.
If the weather is good, grandma will drink coffee outside the house between 8 am and 4 pm.
Favors for grandmother
Every three hours or so, grandma will call to ask you to do the shopping for her. She may ask for some things from the store, or a fish. For the service, she will pay you a certain amount of money. You can bring your grandmother raw or fried fish. Remember, however, that raw fish quickly deteriorates (after roughly 20 minutes). Grilled fish doesn't deteriorate, and you will get more money than for a raw. The game will consider that the task fulfilled only when you put the fish or the shopping into a blue basket on the table.
To get the money, you need to sit next to grandma and listen to her chatter. Sometimes it can take considerable time, so be patient. When it's over, she will offer you the money (Take money).
