The evacuation process in a Point Extraction mission differs slightly from the other mission types available in Deep Rock Galactic. After collecting enough Aquarq crystals and completing an optional side mission, the player can initiate the evacuation process by firing a rocket.

The console with the corresponding button is located at the rear of the mining platform. Just approach it, press the button (the E key) and wait for the space station to pick up the signal and begin the evacuation process.

After the rocket is fired, the player must defend the mining platform for 2 minutes. After that time, the evacuation vehicle will land in the middle of the mining platform. It will stay here for 3 minutes.
