There are many collectibles and secrets to find and unlock in Resident Evil 4 Remake, and one of the categories of them are Locked Drawers. Locked Drawer #1 - Audience Chamber

Drawer #1 is in northern part of Audience Chamber. If you weren't able to open it at first moment, you can later return to this location by cart from Grand Hall, but make sure to do so before Chapter 12 (before embarking to Clock Tower). Inside, you'll find Gold Bar.
Locked Drawer #2 - Binders

This drawer is in eastern part of Bindery. Look for it shortly after completing the Bindery puzzle and taking care of monsters. There is a Brass Pocket Watch inside.
Locked Drawer #3 - Castle Battlements

Drawer #3 is in the eastern tower, the one where you've used the cannon to defeat an armored El Gigante and destroy the southern gate. If you haven't opened it right away, you can access this area from the Courtyard side. You'll find Ornate Beetle inside.
