On this page of the Resident Evil 4 Remake game guide you will find information about the Request called Grave Robber. It involves the destruction of symbols on two tombstones located in the cemetery in front of the church in Chapter 3.
These challenges enable you to earn special currency (spinels), with which you can buy rare items - such as a treasure map, laser sight or artifacts. In addition, doing all the challenges is a requirement for the silver trophy/achievement called Jack of All Trades.
Grave Robber - request location

You can find the Grave Robber request in Chapter 3. It is located to the right of the church, at the end of the path located between the church entrance and the wooden gates.
Where to find tombstones?
You will find a couple of suitable tombstones in the northern part of the cemetery, after you turn toward the church. Then all you have to do is destroy the symbols you see on them. After that, the request will be completed.
Reward
As a reward, you will receive two spinels.
