Other information related to Delver's Row and Undercroft

Don't hurry up with reaching Undercroft during your first visit in Delver's Row. If you try to get there by using force, you will be forced to participate in a series of non-mandatory fights. A much better solution is to make enough progress in The Cornett's Call side quest because you will get a permission to go down to Undercroft.

Try to remember the locations of the merchants with the most valuable artifacts. It is probable that you won't have enough money to buy them during your first visit in Delver's Row. You can visit them again once you get more gold.

After finding the path to Delver's Row you won't have to participate in the scripted interaction that starts when you first travel between this location and The Gullet. When it triggers, the game will allow you to select the "fast travel" option right away.
