Starting area. After you've reached the location for the first time you will begin the exploration of the partially flooded district right here. There's a worker ghost nearby - you can talk to it.
Well. There are lootable corpses nearby and also a group of looters and you must defeat them. There's a hidden stash in the well - it contains Mother of Pearl and Protective Eothasian Charm.
Gorecci Gang. Getting rid of the gang is a part of the "Restoring Order" quest from Savia (M3,8). You can solve the problem peacefully or killari Ilari and other gang members. There's a ghost nearby and you can talk to it.

2. The Well. There is a corpse to be searched nearby and a group of three looters who need to be defeated.
In the well, there is a secret stash with Eothas' Talisman of Protection (+1 to Perception, bonus ability Darkest Before Dawn- provides increased protection when the hero is near death) and a valuable pearl.
3. The Gorecci Gang. Getting rid of the gang is part of the side quest Restoring Order which you can get from Savia (M3,8). You can either resolve the problem with Ilario peacefully or you can kill the gang members.
