Talk to the man standing near Hamakita Park. Tashiro will invite you to the VR game room located right behind him.
Take the elevator down to the basement and talk to the receptionist.
Dice & Cube is a VR game where your character moves like a pawn in a board game. Follow the tutorial instructions to complete the task. Dice & Cube has many mini-games and rewards that will be exchanged for money.
