Reiko Kusumoto
Take the nearest cab and go to Touto University Hospital. In the conversation with Reiko Kusumoto, select all the questions one by one and then the Nothing else to ask option.
After the cutscene, go to Liumang's hideout. When you are done talking to Kuwana, relax on the couch in the Yokohama 99 office.
Courthouse
Take a cab to the Tokyo District Courthouse. In the conversation with Sadao Takano, select the Ehara's guilty verdict was wrong dialogue option. Select the Overhead View of Station Platform as your evidence.
Queen Rouge
Go to the Genda Law office and talk to Hoshino. When talking to Saori, choose the I'll leave it to you Saori-san option if you don't want to change the outfit and makeup she prepared earlier.
Then walk into the Hair Salon Cherry and select the I'm all ready option.
Follow the marker on the map to Queen Rouge. During the conversations in the club, choose any answer.
Akutsu fight
After the cutscene, another battle against Akutsu and RK members will begin. This time, Akutsu will have as many as 4 life bars. Defeat his companions first using the Tiger or Crane style. Knocked out opponents will drop healing items.
Akutsu possesses powerful attacks. Deflect his blows and don't let him grab you. Use the Mortal Reversal to take advantage of Akutsu's deadliest attacks
